These Terms of Use govern your use of the site www.weatheringmatters.com, of which WEATHERING MATTERS and 2382 STUDIO S.L. owns. The parties that are linked by these Terms of Use is 2382 STUDIO, S.L., with VAT ESB86248473, in Madrid, registered in the Register of Madrid, in Book 2905, Folio 27, M-522682 sheet henceforth weatheringmatters.com and Customer to fill in the order form. 

When purchasing at weatheringmatters.com you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All product prices listed through weatheringmatters.com include VAT. These prices do not include shipping of products, which shall be definitively at the time of purchase and must be accepted by the Client.

We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard & American Express, among others. All prices are stated in EUR.

Customer must notify WM any improper or fraudulent charge on the credit card used for purchases at weatheringmatters.com by sending an email at info@weatheringmatters.com, in the shortest time possible.

PURCHASE

In order to purchase items at weatheringmatters.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At this moment Weathering Matters sells its products throughout the Spanish (Peninsula) territory only. If you are outside of Spain (Peninsula) contact us directly at info@weatheringmatters.com

Please note that when shipping to outside of EU the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the final price and maybe affect the delivery date.

All goods are sent from Madrid, Spain.

We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure those products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to info@weatheringmatters.com

CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT

If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

NEWSLETTERS

You can sign up to receive our newsletter. When joining you will receive information about new products, special offers, events etc. This service can be switched off at any time if you don't wish to receive the newsletters anymore.
